Pross's Wedding

A rare opportunity for UK visitors to be part of a Ugandan wedding occured with the marriage of Pross Twesigye.

Pross who has been a friend of UK Scouting for many years was married to Michael Mutaguhya in April 2002 and the guests include Network Members Eric and Marie Goulding, Marion Stagg and Peter and Betty Scurry.

Although Network members have been on-lookers at Ugandan Weddings this is believed to be the first to be attended as invited guests.

Pross was the desk Secretary for UNITE at HP House Kampala during the early years of the project in Uganda and then went to study in Chicago, USA for 3 years after which she has returned to work for the Uganda Scouts Association.

We all wish Pross and her husband every good wish for their future happiness together.
