Programme
Initial day in Kampala/Jinja – source of Nile, Bugalagi falls, Jinja club.
Two teams – each team spent 4 days on project work in Tororo and Mayuge.
Combined District scout weekend camp in Tororo
District scout activity day in Mayuge
6 Scouts home hospitality in mud huts in Mayuge
Church service in Mayuge – 2 hours in Ugandan!
3 day safari in Queen Elizabeth
1 day shopping in Kampala craft markets
1 day at Sanyu Babies Home in Kampala
2 visits to hospitals including using our needles for blood test!

Feedback
All 18 members of contingent have had their lives affected by the trip of a lifetime.
18 month planning, team building and training paid off.
Improved relationships with contacts in both Mayuge and Tororo
Programme for expedition worked and will be used again in 2006
